Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service / Pawnbroker/ E-Commerce Sales

This is a unique opportunity to work with everything from electronics and tools to collectibles and fine jewelry, both on the sales floor and behind the scenes managing eBay listings. What You’ll Do Retail / Pawn Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Perform sales and pawn loan transactions
• Research, test, and evaluate a wide variety of items
• Accurately determine item condition and resale value
• Negotiate prices confidently and fairly
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays
• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with inventory management and store operations

E-Commerce Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain eBay listings per store
• Write compelling, keyword-optimized titles and descriptions
• Photograph products from multiple angles with consistent quality
• Audit inventory and identify high-performing items for online sale
• Research pricing and trends using tools like Bravo and eBay
• Respond to customer messages and offers
• Handle shipping, returns, and tracking through eBay and Bravo
• Track listing performance and adjust strategies based on data

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Confident communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills required

Preferred (but not required):

• eBay, eCommerce, or online selling experience
• Experience with Bravo or similar inventory systems
• Knowledge of jewelry, electronics, tools, or collectibles
• Photography or product listing experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
