We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Practice Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to take ownership of our daily operations.
This is not simply an office manager position.

Responsibilities, Leadership, & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical spa
- Lead and support front desk staff
- Ensure exceptional patient experiences from check-in through checkout
- Maintain a positive, energetic office culture
- Improve office workflows and operational efficiency
- Help hold team members accountable to expectations and SOPs
Scheduling & Patient Flow
- Optimize provider schedules
- Maximize treatment room utilization
- Reduce schedule gaps and improve production
- Coordinate provider calendars and daily workflow
Administrative Responsibilities
- Inventory management and ordering
- Vendor communication
- Office supply management
- Maintain clinic organization
- Assist with payroll preparation and administrative reporting
- Monitor office KPIs
Systems & Technology
- Learn and manage practice management software
- Assist with CRM workflows and patient communication systems
- Help improve automations and office systems
- Troubleshoot operational issues
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications/Preferred Experience
- Preferred experience in managing a medical, dental, aesthetics, or other healthcare practice
- Experience leading administrative teams
- Experience with scheduling software and EMRs
- Inventory management experience
- Strong understanding of front office workflows
- Experience improving systems and operational efficiency

Compensation
Starting at $28.00/hour
