Customer Service Representative
Full-Time Position
Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA
Are you passionate about helping customers bring their creative visions to life on custom tees, hoodies, and more? We've been a staple in the screen printing world for over 25 years, proudly serving our community with top-notch quality and great service. We are a family-run business and currently have a crew of 35. We are looking for an enthusiastic customer service rep to join our FaceFirst team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the friendly first point of contact for our amazing customers via phone, email, and in-person—answering questions, taking orders, and making sure everyone leaves happy, with the print job that they were dreaming of.
- Guide customers through our screen printing process, from design ideas to final delivery.
- Handle order tracking, quotes, and any hiccups with that signature "can-do" attitude.
- Team up with our production crew to ensure projects go smoothly and deadlines are met.
What We're Looking For:
- Must-have: 1 years of experience in a screen printing shop (you know the ink, screens, and press lingo inside out!).
- Super friendly and organized—customers love chatting with you!
- Solid computer skills (experience in QuickBooks is a plus!).
- A positive vibe that fits right in with our family-like crew.
- Ability to juggle many tasks in a busy environment (think awesome waiter/ waitress in a top restaurant that doesn't have to write down the orders).
- Background in competitive swimming is a major bonus! We are one of the top swim cap printers in the world, so it is a tremendous help if you know the ins and outs of the swimming world
