A tailored and educational client approach, convenient and luxurious retail location, extended operating hours, approachable prices without add-on service fees, monthly membership options, and an easy-to-use online booking system help ensure Faced’s custom facials become part of our clients’ monthly skincare routine. Additionally, Faced offers a curated offering of skincare products to continue to enhance our client’s skincare routine at home. These are available for purchase in-store and online.
- The one-of-a-kind skincare studio has locations in Westside Provisions District, Morningside Village, Buckhead Village, and The Avenue- East Cobb in Atlanta.
Position Overview:
The Studio Director is the leader of the studio and is ultimately responsible for its success. Core responsibilities include driving team growth and satisfaction, ensuring excellent client experiences, community-building, leading daily operations, and taking accountability for the studio’s financial performance.
Reports To: Regional Director
Primary Duties:
Build Client Loyalty
- Secure repeat business and memberships by ensuring clients feel welcome in the studio, establishing strong client relationships, being respectful of clients’ time, and providing a comfortable and clean environment.
- Go the extra mile to create memorable experiences for clients.
- Take appropriate steps to understand each client's satisfaction level with their visit. Resolve issues decisively and effectively.
Lead the Team
- Regularly provide in-the-moment as well as planned coaching and feedback to the team of estheticians and studio hosts
- Empower team with tools, information, and confidence they need to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Screen, interview, hire, fire
- Onboard, develop, and train new team members
- Celebrate/build up the team; surprise and delight staff
- Referee any relational issues between employees
- Maintain a pulse on team’s strengths and opportunities; create ongoing training opportunities
Performance Management
- Drive revenue through scheduling optimization and sales
- Develop new client acquisition and client retention plans
- Manage studio’s P&L to increase revenue and manage expenses
- Run and analyze reports to help the team and management understand what is happening within the business and opportunities for improvement
Consultative Selling
- Share the FACED story, services, memberships, and retail offerings in a way that relates to the client and generates sales
Day-to-day operations in the studio, front and back of house
- Schedule team optimally for the success of the business
- Check staff/client communications and provide feedback and coaching
- Manage inventory and supplies, keeping appropriate stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of the studio
- Lead regular operational audits and secret shopper program
- Manage team’s use of POS/CRM system
- Follow all applicable regulations and laws
- Assist with laundry
Community Building
- Ingrain yourself in the community; make as many groups aware of Faced’s offerings as possible
- Plan and execute events and marketing campaigns
- Build mutually beneficial partnerships with other businesses in the community
- Positively promote the brand to your network on- and off-line

Preferred Job Qualifications:

- Passion for skincare a plus
- Will be expected to develop an understanding of the esthetics field and be provided initial training
Hours:
Full Time with a variable schedule across weekdays and weekends, mornings, afternoons, and evenings. The typical schedule is 5 days per week including Saturdays.
