- Assist in memory care for patients with cognitive impairments, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a Level I Trauma Center setting to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Perform specialized procedures such as spinal taps when necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in IV infusion, critical care, medical-surgical nursing, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong assessment skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
