• Crushing health inspections with 95 scores (we’re talking spotless, not stressless)
• Keeping food safe, hot, and out the window faster than you can say Flavortown
• Creating a back-of-house experience that’s fun, fast-paced, and fire (figuratively… and sometimes literally)
• Mentoring BOH team members into the next generation of kitchen legends
• Owning inventory like a boss (because we don’t run out of flavor)
• Leading a team like a headliner quarterback during the Sunday rush

If you've steered the ship in restaurants doing $10M annually and can sling 250–300 covers per hour with a smile on your face and a spatula in hand, you just might be our hero.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 3-5 years of Kitchen Manager experience or 5-7 years as Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume location
• Committed to food safety and quality, familiar EcoSure Assessments and compliance.
• Able to train, develop, and motivate team members, working hands on alongside team members to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.
• Brings positive energy and strong ownership to every shift. Effectively manages both expected challenges and sudden issues.
• Available weekends, nights, and holidays because Flavortown never sleeps
