Education Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to promote programs, events, and organizational initiatives.
- Create compelling content for print, digital, and social media platforms to engage diverse audiences and strengthen the organization’s brand.
- Design and produce marketing materials, including flyers, newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
- Manage the organization’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and timely updates.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with program staff to highlight successes, program outcomes, and community impact through storytelling and media outreach.
- Coordinate media relations, including press releases, interviews, and public-facing announcements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, fundraisers, and outreach initiatives to enhance visibility and community engagement.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure alignment of all communications with organizational goals and messaging standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, vendors, and media outlets to support marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities, engagement, and outcomes to leadership.
