Job Summary
We are seeking a part‑time Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily order fulfillment, customer service, and inventory organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work, customer interaction, and problem‑solving.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare daily orders for shipment
- Use Shopify, ShipWorks, and FedEx software to enter and track orders
- Follow packaging methods and visual instructions to meet product standards
- Answer customer calls and place phone orders
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
- Assist with cycle counts and general warehouse organization
- Make local deliveries in Bandon and Coos Bay (reliable personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed)
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with Face Rock Creamery’s core values
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn and use shipping software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Clear and friendly communication skills
- Preferred: Experience updating websites or posting on social media
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Regular walking, standing, bending, pushing, and pulling
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
