- Manage inventory, receive shipments, and maintain supply levels
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase sales and operational efficiency
- Support local marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- One or more years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Retail, hospitality, wellness, beauty, or spa leadership experience is a plus
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems
