Face and Wellness is a boutique spa in Roswell, GA, specializing in advanced skincare, therapeutic massage, and holistic wellness services. We are seeking a motivated and organized Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team part‑time. This role is perfect for someone who excels in client service, enjoys a dynamic environment, and is driven by sales performance and results.
Position Details
- Status: Part-Time (~20 hours/week)
- Schedule: One weekday (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday) every Saturday and alternating Sundays
- Compensation: $15–$17/hour plus commission on product and membership sales
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a warm, professional presence that reflects our brand standards
- Manage all front desk operations, including phone support, appointment scheduling, and check‑in/check‑out
- Proactively drive sales of skincare products, wellness services, and memberships through consultative, needs‑based selling
- Educate clients on treatment options, product benefits, and current promotions to support conversion and retention
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and client‑focused front desk environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client‑facing role
- Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a fast‑paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- Spa or wellness industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable using point‑of‑sale and scheduling software
