Cotton Candy Artistry:

• Design and create a variety of cotton candy characters, shapes, and sculptures.
• Develop new and innovative cotton candy designs to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Ensure all cotton candy creations are visually appealing and meet quality standards.

Over-the-top milkshake creation:

• Build elaborate milkshakes with a variety of toppings, including candy, cookies, fruits, whipped cream, and more.
• Experiment with new flavor combinations and presentation styles to create show-stopping milkshakes.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the milkshake preparation area.

Customer Interaction:

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and create personalized cotton candy characters and milkshakes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for each visitor.
• Share the stories and inspirations behind your creations to enhance the customer experience.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new menu items and promotional ideas.
• Assist with training new staff members in cotton candy and milkshake creation techniques.

Customer Service:

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers, responding to their inquiries and addressing any concerns.
• Be attentive to customer needs and communicate effectively to enhance their overall dining experience.

Timely Delivery of Food:

• Transport prepared creations to the appropriate guests quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure that the correct order is delivered to the right guest.

Maintain Order Accuracy:

• Double-check orders to ensure accuracy before delivering them to customers.
• Address any discrepancies or missing items promptly with management.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

• Assist in keeping work areas, including the food running station, clean and organized.
• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Adherence to Policies:

• Follow restaurant policies and procedures, including safety protocols and service standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the management.

Flexibility and Teamwork:

• Be adaptable to changing priorities and be willing to assist in various tasks within the restaurant.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role or a basic understanding of restaurant operations is preferred.
• Strong artistic skills with a knack for creating visually appealing edible art.
• Experience in a culinary setting, particularly in dessert or confectionary preparation, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing legendary service.
• Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
