Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences, budget, and travel needs
Recommend and book all-inclusive resort packages, including accommodations, flights, and activities
Research destinations, resort amenities, and excursion options to create customized travel experiences
Manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation
Provide clients with travel tips, itineraries, and ongoing support before, during, and after their trip
- Stay up to date on promotions, resort offerings, and travel industry trends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
