Logistics Relations Specialist

Fabuwood is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Relations Specialist to manage and strengthen relationships with third-party operational partners. In this role, you’ll lead the onboarding process for new vendors, ensure effective project communication, and serve as a key liaison between Fabuwood and external collaborators. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be ready to represent Fabuwood with professionalism and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with third-party operational companies
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new external partners
• Communicate project updates across internal teams and vendors
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and procurement teams to align goals
• Address urgent logistics issues, including after-hours needs when necessary

Qualifications:

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Adaptable team player who embraces challenges and works with urgency
• Experience in vendor relations, logistics, or operations is a plus
