Duties:
- Operate the cash register, manage transactions, and proficiently use the POS system.
- Prepare and serve sandwiches
- Assist in basic food preparation, ensuring all products meet safety and quality standards.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with both new and returning guests, ensuring they leave with a memorable and positive experience.
- Perform routine cleaning and store maintenance to ensure the shop remains welcoming and orderly at all times.
Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain food handler's card
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 8 hours
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, bend, and crouch for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
