Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Bus Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and the ability to operate different types of vehicles, including vans and shuttles.
Duties
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to designated locations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, conducting regular inspections and performing minor mechanical maintenance as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, as well as addressing any inquiries or concerns during transit.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that may occur during transit.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of shuttle services.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record & passenger endorsement.
- Previous experience in shuttle driving, paratransit, or school bus driving is an advantage. Motorcoach experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with passengers and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards passengers of all ages.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
