We are currently seeking an experienced SolidWorks Draftsperson to join our team in Arlington, Washington. This is a full-time opportunity to work on unique, custom-engineered products in a growing manufacturing company that values quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Fabtek maintains an early work schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, allowing employees to enjoy open afternoons and avoid peak commuting hours. We are conveniently located near the Arlington Airport.

Qualifications:Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of SolidWorks drafting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Basic math skills and proficiency using a tape measure
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Frequent sitting and extended computer use
- Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and carrying materials
- Work performed primarily in an office environment with regular interaction with production personnel
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed, accurate SolidWorks drawings and documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of quality and drafting accuracy
- Communicate effectively with engineering, production, purchasing, and management teams
- Support a collaborative and positive workplace culture
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Accurately track labor hours, project progress, and material records
- Assist with other drafting and production-related tasks as assigned
