Night Baker - Fabrique Bakery
Fabrique is an artisanal stone oven bakery from Stockholm, Sweden. What we do is simple, but far from the ordinary. We use fresh, natural ingredients and traditional methods to make artisanal pastries and sourdough bread. After a success of opening more than 20 shops since 2008 back home in Stockholm, we have been captivating New York’s heart with our bread and cinnamon buns. We now have four locations in New York, and six in London. And more will follow!

About the position: We are expanding our great team of bakers and are now looking for a full-time baker that would work mostly night shifts in our bakery in Chelsea, Meatpackig. The shifts would be around 8-hours mainly between 8 PM and 4 AM, including weekdays and weekends. Salary ranges between $36 000 and $50 000 per year, depending on previous experience. The right person with an ambitious mindset will also be able to grow within the company, getting more responsibility and with that a higher salary.
Qualifications: We want you to have at least 2 years' experience of being a baker, preferably working with sourdough.
