Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Metal Fabrication Technician, where your expertise will drive precision and quality in metal fabrication processes. We are a metal fabrication shop, located by Bennet, looking to add a reliable, self-motivated team member to our awesome crew! We make decorative railing inserts.
In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw sheet metal and components into high-quality finished products through skilled machining, cutting, welding, and assembly. We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement. , and teamwork.
Job duties include:
- CNC cutting
- Sanding and finishing parts
- Power washing
- Painting
- Packaging finished products
- General shop help as needed This position requires someone who is comfortable working with their hands and able to regularly lift 50 lbs. Some of our products are tall panels, so you should be able to lift without dragging on the ground and causing damage to the decorative pieces.

Hours:
- 30–35 hours per week, with the possibility of more during our busy season.
Pay Range
- $17.00 - $20.00/hr depending on experience.
