Fabricated Components & Assemblies, Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional outside salesperson to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the Grand Rapids and Southwest Michigan area.

We are a specialty metal fabrication company serving a variety of industries, and we are looking for someone who can confidently represent our company, identify new opportunities, and help drive sales growth.

Responsibilities include:

·        Developing new customer relationships

·        Following up on sales leads and opportunities

·        Maintaining and growing existing accounts

·        Communicating with customers regarding projects and quotations

·        Working closely with our internal team to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications:

·        Strong communication and people skills

·        3 years sales experience required

·        Manufacturing or metal fabrication knowledge is required

·        Self-motivated and organized

·        Ability to build long-term customer relationships

Compensation & Benefits:

·        Base Salary - $80,000.00

·        Performance-based commission structure.

·        BCBS -health, dental and optical

·        401(k) match.

·        Mileage/vehicle reimbursement provided: company vehicle eligibility after 6 months.
