Fabric8Labs, headquartered in sunny San Diego, CA, is revolutionizing metal additive manufacturing with advanced 3D printing technologies. We’re looking for a driven Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us scale our rapidly growing organization.
Fabric8Labs is focused on accelerating metal additive manufacturing adoption and enabling new applications with our patented Electrochemical Additive Manufacturing (ECAM) processes. Since closing our Series B funding round, we are expanding aggressively and need top talent to help advance and commercialize our disruptive technology.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, create job descriptions, and design effective recruiting strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering, operations, and product roles.
- Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, industry events, and other creative channels.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for Fabric8Labs.
- Track recruiting metrics, improve processes, and report progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning, diversity initiatives, and employer branding.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles (engineering, hardware, software, or advanced manufacturing).
- Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Prior experience recruiting in the hardware, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of metal additive manufacturing or other 3D printing technologies.
- Familiarity with employment branding and social recruiting strategies.
- Track record of developing scalable recruiting processes in a high-growth environment.
