About the Role:

As a Weaver, you will play a crucial role in the creation of high-quality woven textiles by expertly operating and maintaining weaving equipment. Your work will directly contribute to producing durable and aesthetically pleasing fabrics used in various applications, from fashion to home furnishings. You will be responsible for interpreting design specifications and ensuring that the weaving process meets precise standards of quality and consistency. Collaboration with designers and production teams will be essential to adapt techniques and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating weaving looms or similar textile machinery.
• Basic understanding of textile materials and weaving techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and patterns.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• 2nd shift Monday to Thursday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal training or certification in textile manufacturing or weaving.
• Experience with computerized or automated weaving equipment.
• Knowledge of fabric finishing processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues with weaving machinery.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate weaving looms according to production schedules and design specifications.
• Monitor the weaving process to detect and correct any defects or inconsistencies in the fabric.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of weaving equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with design and quality control teams to meet product standards and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, materials used, and any issues encountered during weaving.
