Role Description
Fabio Viviani Hospitality is a dynamic and growing hospitality group known for creating memorable guest experiences through award-winning restaurants, innovative concepts, and exceptional service. Our Marketing Department plays a key role in telling our story, engaging guests, and elevating our brands across multiple markets.
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Content Creator – Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can bring our culinary and hospitality brands to life through impactful photo, video, and digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
● Content Creation – Plan, capture, and edit high-quality videos, short-form social content and photos for multiple FVH restaurant brands.
● Social Media Support – Collaborate with the Marketing team to create on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
● Event Coverage – Attend and document special events, openings, and promotions, including evenings and weekends.
● Brand Storytelling – Ensure all content aligns with each brand’s voice, style, and guest experience.
● Creative Direction – Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop content strategies and campaign ideas that drive engagement and sales.
● Asset Management – Organize and maintain a library of photo and video assets for ongoing use.
● Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with restaurant managers, chefs, and corporate teams to capture authentic moments and promotions.
Qualifications
● 3 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, and/or digital marketing. Hospitality experience strongly preferred.
● Proven ability to shoot and edit both photos and videos for multiple platforms.
● Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
● Strong creative vision with the ability to adapt style for different brands.
● Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, to capture events and live content. Travel as needed.
● Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
● Must be based in or able to commute to Lake Zurich, Illinois.
