Fiola da Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants by James Beard Award Winning and Michelin-Starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi is now hiring Captain/Lead Server for his award-winning restaurant in Washington, DC.

Benefits Offered:

• Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company subsidized health insurance.  A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits.  Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment.  The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment.

Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of 2 years of relevant upscale server experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant/luxury hotel required (if you do not meet this requirement, please apply to our 'Assistant Captain' position for the opportunity to transition into this position)
  


• 
  An appetite for providing memorable hospitality 
  


• 
  Excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure
  


• 
  Gracious and pleasant demeanor with a positive attitude
  


• 
  Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
