Responsibilities:
- The utility person's duties shall be whatever is required of him by Fabick, and the varied types of work done by any utility person.
- Duties are dependent on the day-to-day needs of technicians and may include performing minor repairs, general machine maintenance, washing equipment, loading, and unloading equipment, changing fluids and filters on a machine, and housekeeping duties.
- Specific duties vary from location to location and are determined on an "as needed" basis.
- For bargaining unit employees, refer to the appropriate bargaining unit contract.
- Any and all duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- The minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or GED. Technical, vocational, or trade school education desired.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Proficiency with computers and aspects of Microsoft office desired.
- Candidates must demonstrate problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, good work habits, self-motivation and a desire to perform at one's highest level, and knowledge of basic tools and tool usage.
Physical Requirements:
In addition to being able to sit, stand, walk, read, talk, write and hear, to perform the essential functions of this job an individual must be able to do the following additional activities: Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
