Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate at Fabiani Cohen & Hall, LLP, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work from home some of the time. The Associate will be involved in various day-to-day tasks, including legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court appearances, participating in client meetings, and assisting in trial preparation. Additional responsibilities include managing discovery processes, analyzing complex legal issues, and providing strategic advice on case management.
Qualifications

- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience in drafting legal documents and pleadings
- Proficiency in managing discovery processes and evidence analysis
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York State Bar
- Litigation experience, particularly in construction or insurance law, is a plus
