Role Overview


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Representative responsible for driving revenue growth across a multi-state territory. This position requires 50–75% travel, with the remainder of time working remotely.

The Regional Sales Representative will focus on developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and expanding existing programs. This role requires a strong balance of field sales execution, strategic account development, and internal collaboration to ensure successful program delivery.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive new business development across a multi-state territory, with a focus on distributor partnerships and program-based selling
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction
  • Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within target markets (hospitality, education, corporate, and formalwear)
  • Execute against sales targets and pipeline goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales support, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless order execution and customer experience
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and key customer meetings
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management within CRM systems


Qualifications


  • Proven sales experience in apparel, uniforms, or a related industry
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within a multi-state territory
