This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Representative responsible for driving revenue growth across a multi-state territory. This position requires 50–75% travel, with the remainder of time working remotely.
The Regional Sales Representative will focus on developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and expanding existing programs. This role requires a strong balance of field sales execution, strategic account development, and internal collaboration to ensure successful program delivery.
- Drive new business development across a multi-state territory, with a focus on distributor partnerships and program-based selling
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction
- Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Identify and develop new opportunities within target markets (hospitality, education, corporate, and formalwear)
- Execute against sales targets and pipeline goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales support, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless order execution and customer experience
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and key customer meetings
- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management within CRM systems
- Proven sales experience in apparel, uniforms, or a related industry
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within a multi-state territory
