Position Summary
The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock levels, receiving and verifying incoming shipments, and supporting the physical organization of inventory within the facility. This role is central to ensuring that inventory data in the warehouse management system reflects what is actually on the shelves, and that materials are available when operations and fulfillment teams need them.

· Monitor stock levels against reorder points and notify the Operations Manager or Warehouse Team Lead when replenishment is needed.
· Pull, stage, and document materials for outbound orders and internal requisitions.
· Inspect incoming and stored goods for damage, shortages, or expiration, and process returns to vendors as directed.
· Maintain accurate filing of receiving documents, bills of lading, and inventory reports.
· Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and (where certified) forklifts in accordance with safety procedures.
· Support housekeeping and safety compliance in the warehouse, reporting hazards immediately.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred
· Experience with a warehouse management system or ERP platform.
· Current forklift certification.
· Familiarity with barcode scanning and RF handheld devices.
· Experience in a regulated environment with lot or serial number tracking.
