The forklift operator will be responsible for off-loading and relocating of products and materials to designated areas as efficiently and timely as possible. The operator must communicate daily and collaborate with team to achieve departmental goals. Safety is top priority, the role requires constant awareness of work environment.

The forklift operator will be responsible for off-loading and relocating of products and materials to designated areas as efficiently and timely as possible. The operator must communicate daily and collaborate with team to achieve departmental goals. Safety is top priority, the role requires constant awareness of work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maneuvering forklifts with “Heavy” Load safely in busy industrial environments (all weather conditions) Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets.
- Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport. Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas.
- Ensuring that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions. Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages.
- Exhibiting a positive attitude. Attention to detail. Work as a Team Player in all areas assigned.
- Show up On-Time based on assigned hours via management. Aisle maintenance.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year forklift experience in a manufacturing setting. Preferred experience in sit-down forklift industrial trucks in warehouse, storage yards, construction sites or manufacturing and other company sites.
- Experience in moving of “Heavy” materials of various loads, large, small, or cumbersome items to pallets and safely transfer to designated areas or as instructed by supervisor. OSHA safety protocols.
- Must pass drug test, and I-9 verification.
- Must be able to work outside of regular work schedule as required.
- Must PASS company forklift safety training program.
Pay: $17.00/ hour to $19.00 / hour depending on experience.
Hours: Day shift with Overtime [ pending on projects ].
Salary : $17 - $19
