Vehicle Polisher/ Helper

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Vehicle Polisher/Helper to join our team. This role involves assisting with vehicle finishing, surface preparation, and supporting various tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle care processes, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle polishing to achieve high-quality surface finishes using appropriate tools and techniques
• Assist with cleaning, assembly, and surface preparation tasks as directed by supervisors
• Use hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate with clients in a warm and professional manner while you take delivery or handoff vehicle
• Conduct quality control inspections using lights, to ensure flawless work
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship

Skills

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and tooling for assembly and finishing tasks
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
