Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The Fleet Coordinator is a full time hourly position and an integral member of the fleet and project teams, supporting all teams by managing centralized facilitation and communication for all trucking, equipment, support materials and job supplies. Your efforts will support our mission to deliver exceptional construction services while maintaining optimal logistical performance in the construction industry. This position plays a vital part in ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
· Plan, coordinate, and communicate daily trucking and equipment dispatch needs. Coordinate, pick-up, and delivery of materials for jobsites
· Assist Job Teams with Mobilization and Demobilization schedules for job sites.
· Schedule trucking and equipment usage and communicate schedules to job managers via dispatch and fleet management software.
· Manage truck drivers. Time and daily task accountability.
· Track project materials, support equipment and deliveries.
· Provide full feedback to job teams throughout life cycle of equipment and trucking requests.
· Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to support equipment and trucking needs.
· Engage with shop management to coordinate repair scheduling and equipment/trucking downtime.
· Support Fleet Manager and CFO with financial data and metrics.
· Provide exceptional customer service to field staff and project management.
· Integrate with Job Teams for daily and weekly equipment and trucking phasing and planning needs.
· Keep and provide information for locations for purchasing materials for trucking and job needs.
· Facilitate job site material deliveries.
Qualifications
· Ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in dispatch/fleet coordination.
· Proficient use of Microsoft Suite and e-mail communication.
· Functions effectively as part of a team.
· CDL Class A preferred.
· Previous construction equipment operating experience preferred.
· Previous management experience a plus.
· Computer knowledge and efficiency. Knowledge of dispatch software programs.
· Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
· High attention to detail, curiosity, and creativity.
· Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
· Able to push, pull, and lift weights of at least 50lbs.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
