Heavy Civil Contractor accepting applications for Heavy Highway Civil Superintendent position. Appropriate candidates should possess the following attributes
- Ability to efficiently manage and schedule construction crews and subcontractors for complete bridge construction and heavy highway projects.
- Ability to manage all work to be completed within specifications and schedule. Preferred experience with P6/ASTA schedule software.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and strict compliance to monitor safe work site.
- Knowledge of all required aspects of heavy highway construction including bridge and roadway. Engineering background a plus.
- Excellent record keeping habits to monitor daily activity reports, quantity measurements, subcontractor reports and force account records
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years superintendent or project manager experience and knowledge of PennDOT publication 408 and standards. Position is full time salaried. Group health insurance, Simple IRA retirement plan, paid vacations/holidays and company truck/fuel card
