We are looking to add Pre-Construction Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and work orders to fabricate components accurately
• Cut, bend, tie, weld, and assemble rebar and related materials to specification
• Inspect rebar cages, parts, and finished assemblies for quality and dimensional accuracy
• Operate fabrication equipment safely and complete routine maintenance checks
• Support the construction and production teams by ensuring materials are prepared and ready for use
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure efficient workflow
  
  

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Ability to read tape measure, and blue prints
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to operate machinery safely
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Troubleshooting skills
  
  

Physical Requirements:

Move minimum of 50lbs., spatial awareness/depth perception, walk, climb, bend at the waist, reach, forceful use of hand tools, vocal projection

Work Environment:

Typical industrial hazard varying climates, dust, noise and moving machinery.
