Position overview
FabCom's executive training program is designed to train and provide you with the skills required to become an excellent ad executive through hands-on experience in a range of positions. Project coordinator (digital advertising, analytics, social media), junior account coordinator, account executive, senior account executive, and finally account supervisor is the progression of this position.

At FabCom, you'll work alongside experienced professionals across strategy, creative, digital media, analytics, web development, videography, and account services.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist account executives on client projects to help ensure all deliverables are provided and deadlines are met.
- Provide support to company executives including schedule coordination, meeting planning, and daily activities.
- Conduct secondary research for client campaigns and assist with preparation for client strategy presentations.
- Training will initially be focused on the day-to-day management of search engine and social media advertising campaigns for clients. E.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Advertising, Microsoft Ads, etc.
- Configure tracking paramaters for digital advertising campaigns, as well as client-facing reporting dashboards.
- Facilitate monthly social media content calendar and support asset creation/curation efforts with agency team members.
- Help maintain agency reputation through quality customer service and communication with all relationships.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required.
- 1-2 years in a full-time marketing position is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, have good follow-up skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Background knowledge in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and/or Google Tag Manager is a plus!
