Our fast paced, ever-changing business is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organized and detail oriented, with a high attention to detail. This is a challenging role, but the successful candidate will enjoy being a part of a fun and energetic office environment that values hard work and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls.
- Coordinate office activities and manage the flow of paperwork.
- Order office supplies and equipment.
- Making phone calls and fufilling customers order in our Route program.
- Filing invoices and documents by client and vendors.
- Maintaining organization of clients and customers.
- Set up meetings and conferences.
