Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Control Manager to join our team in Gainesville, Florida. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our products consistently exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 & 14001 standards. Your leadership will drive compliance across all manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to customer requirements, regulatory standards, and continuous improvement objectives.

This position will lead organization-wide quality initiatives, oversee internal and external audits, and champion a culture of quality excellence. Your expertise will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity and performance of our pneumatic products.

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.

In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards and certification processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies preferred

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
