Role Description This on-site Nurse Practitioner role is based in Wake Forest, NC. The Nurse Practitioner will perform aesthetic and wellness consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver medical aesthetic and wellness services in accordance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, obtaining informed consent, performing procedures (such as injectables and other non-surgical treatments, as applicable to experience and licensure), and monitoring treatment outcomes. The role involves educating guests on treatment options, aftercare, and safety, while maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with the clinic team to ensure a welcoming, safe environment and a high-quality guest experience.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina, with appropriate prescriptive authority.
- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and safe delivery of medical aesthetic or dermatologic procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, explain treatments clearly, and maintain a warm, professional bedside manner.
- Attention to detail in documentation, adherence to safety and infection control protocols, and consistent compliance with state and clinic guidelines.
- Experience or strong interest in medical aesthetics, cosmetic injectables, skin care, HRT, Weight Management and IV Therapy is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a small team, contribute to a positive clinic culture, and support a client-centered approach to care.
- Comfort with learning new techniques and technologies, engaging in ongoing professional development, and integrating feedback into practice.
- Basic computer and EMR skills, reliable on-site availability for part-time scheduling, and commitment to providing inclusive, non-discriminatory care.
