- A minimum of 3 years as a steel estimator - PLEASE ... DO NOT APPLY if you are NOT knowledgeable an Estimator with metalwork experience in mechanical/waterworks, commercial or miscellaneous steel, cad experience is required. Primary activities estimating for waterworks wholesale supplier and Civil Drawings.
- Primary activities estimating for waterworks wholesale supplier.
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives; Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Waterworks Estimating - Analyze construction plans, specifications, and other project documents to determine materials required. Use of TEKLA Software is a “plus”.
- Detailing Experience is a plus, Working knowledge of Excel, Ability to read blueprints (Required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- In House – No remote working
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Fabhar Facility is currently in Princeton, TX which will be moving to Van Alstyne, TX in winter of 2026
