Position Summary
Responsible for performing various manufacturing operations including assembly, fabrication, machine operation, maintenance, quality control and packaging.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Comply with all environmental, healthy and safety regulations and requirements
- Assemble, build, inspect, test and package products in accordance with work instructions, management directives and quality assurance
- Read, complete and process shop floor orders
- Maintain production, quality and inventory records
- Perform simple maintenance and work area cleanliness tasks
- Assist in maintaining a motivated and disciplined work force
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent, etc.
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability and willingness to learn new things
- Highly adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a typical shop floor/production environment - PPE usage requirements exist
