Responsibilities
- Perform professional Russian manicure and gel nail services with precision and attention to detail.
- Apply gel polish, structured gel overlays, and modern nail designs using advanced techniques.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services and designs.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Create clean, elegant, and trendy nail looks using strong color theory and artistic skills.
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items and beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Stay current with industry trends and new Russian manicure techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or nail specialist license is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates from the beginning.
- Passion for Russian manicure techniques and gel nail services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
- Experience with gel applications and nail art is a plus.
