Who We’re Looking For:
- Texas Level 3 Certified Armed Security Guard
- Strong communication and people skills – Must interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and the public
- Detail-oriented and reliable – We need individuals who take their job seriously
- Physically fit and alert – Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including foot patrols
- Flexible availability – Night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean background check – No felony, domestic violence, or misdemeanor assault convictions. Must not be on probation or parole.
- Military applicants – Must provide DD214 with an honorable discharge
Required Equipment
- Reliable transportation and communication device
- Registered, reliable firearm with Level 2 or 3 holster
- Body armor
- Duty belt
Job Details:
- Job type: 1099 independent contractor
- Unlimited hours available – Work as much as you want
- Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to incidents, managing conflicts and providing first aid when necessary.
- Foot patrol tours of properties.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting visitors and addressing their concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents, reporting any irregularities to law enforcement, management, and maintenance when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall security measures.
