Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Strength and Conditioning Coach at our Oldsmar, FL location. The coach will be responsible for leading group training sessions, creating dynamic and engaging workouts, and providing guidance to clients to improve strength, conditioning, and overall athletic performance. Additional responsibilities include ensuring proper form, implementing injury prevention strategies, motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals, and maintaining a positive and energetic studio environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, and Strength Training
- Proven ability to enhance Athletic Performance and implement effective Injury Prevention programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and engage clients
- Relevant certifications in fitness, personal training, or strength and conditioning (e.g., NSCA, NASM, or ACSM)
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive training environment
