We’re not your average gym....F45 is functional training in a high-energy, team setting where coaches lead from the front and members leave every class smiling (and sweating).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading fun, fast-paced classes of 20–36 people
- Bringing the hype, coaching skills, and music energy
- Showing members how to move safely and crush their goals
- High-fiving, motivating, and making people feel like part of the fam
- Helping with check-ins, smooth transitions, and keeping the studio looking sharp
Who We’re Looking For
- Group coaching experience (HIIT, circuit, bootcamp, CrossFit, etc.)
- Can command a room and fire up the squad
- Strong knowledge of form, regressions, progressions, and injury prevention
- Positive, reliable, and thrives in a team environment
- Not just a coach — an experience maker

Job Details
- Location: F45 Sunset Strip (West Hollywood, CA)
- Pay: $25–$35/hr (DOE)
- Hours: 5–15 per week
- Type: Part-time
- Requirements: Fitness certification CPR/AED
