Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Group Fitness Instructor located in Oldsmar, FL. Availability between 4- 7pm Monday through Thursday and occasional Weekend mornings. The Group Fitness Instructor will conduct group exercise sessions, provide fitness instruction, deliver personalized training, and ensure a positive customer service experience for all members. The instructor will also ensure the gym's environment is welcoming, foster member engagement, and help members achieve their fitness goals through high-energy classes.
Qualifications
- Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction skills
- Personal Training skills
- Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service
- Knowledge of the Fitness Industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as NASM, ACE, or other accredited fitness instructor certifications
- CPR/AED Certification
