We are seeking a high-energy, people-first Studio Manager to lead our F45 Training studio in O’Fallon, IL. This is a hybrid leadership role that combines studio operations, team leadership, membership sales, and class coaching.

The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build strong team culture, deliver exceptional member experiences, and drive studio growth.

This role is with a locally owned F45 Training studio - F45 O'Fallon IL

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day studio operations and ensure a premium member experience
• Coach F45 group training classes each week
• Recruit, train, and develop coaches and front-desk staff
• Drive membership sales, retention, and community engagement
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and F45 brand standards
• Implement local marketing and outreach initiatives
• Track key performance metrics (membership growth, retention, attendance)
• Foster a positive, motivating team culture
• Ensure safety procedures and customer service excellence

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
• Proven leadership or management experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail preferred)
• Comfortable coaching or willing to complete F45 coaching certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-minded with ability to drive membership growth
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Base salary: $48,000 – $55,000 per year
