F45 Training STMA is looking for an energetic, motivated, and community-driven Group Fitness Coach to join our team! Responsibilities
- Coach high-energy F45 group training classes
- Provide form corrections, modifications, regressions, and progressions
- Deliver a fun, positive, and inclusive member experience
- Build strong personal connections with members and help them reach their goals
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure safe, proper movement patterns
- Assist with studio cleanliness, setup, and breakdown of classes
- Promote member retention by creating a welcoming and supportive environment
- Contribute to community events, challenges, and member engagement
Requirements
- Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High-energy, positive attitude, and ability to motivate a group
- Ability to coach multiple fitness levels in the same room
- CPR/AED certification (must obtain within 30 days)
Preferred (but not required):
- Group fitness certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ISSA, etc.)
- Personal training certification
- Prior experience coaching group fitness, small-group training, or personal training
- Familiarity with functional training or HIIT-style classes

Availability
We are hiring for part-time coaching, including some early mornings, evenings, and rotating weekends. Additional opportunities may include special events, HYROX training classes, or challenge programming.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
