F45 stands for Functional 45-minute training. As an F45 Desk Associate, you are responsible for greeting members, keeping the studio clean, assisting members with questions, opening/closing the studio, assisting prospective members, and stocking retail items.

Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:
- STRONGLY preferred background in fitness industry or personal journey.
- Energetic, passionate, positive, motivational, team player, hardworking, and loves helping others
- Punctual
- Able to multitask and think on their feet
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram
- Promote and sell ONLY F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention
- Physical Demands such as moving weights
- Required to break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor after last class. Light cleaning required during in class.
- In college or post-college graduate preferred.
Schedule:
- Holidays as needed
- Monday & Friday mornings, coverage as needed
- Weekends as needed
