Job Summary:
As a Lead Trainer at F45 Training Sonoma County, you will be the welcoming face of our studio,
responsible for guiding prospective members through the studio, building strong relationships with our community and ensuring a motivating and inspiring environment where everyone feels
supported in achieving their fitness goals. You will connect with potential members, follow up on
inquiries, lead a group of coaches and help maintain a welcoming and well-maintained space for
everyone.
Responsibilities & Duties:
● Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get
connected to our studio.
● Responsible for achieving self-generated lead targets each month.
● Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions
● Responsible for hitting monthly new member growth goals
● Interacting with potential members after class to discuss membership.
● Help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests
● Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and
members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit.
Qualifications:
● Previous coaching/sales experience preferred
● Excellent customer service skills
● Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
● A positive and detail-oriented person who can talk to anyone
● Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
