F45 Training Sonoma County is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and passionate Group Fitness Trainer to coach at all three of our studios (Santa Rosa & Petaluma). We want someone who thrives in a team, loves a challenge, and is committed to helping people push past their limits.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading high-intensity F45 workouts with energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
- Building relationships—learning names, supporting members, and keeping them engaged.
- Helping with membership retention and engagement to strengthen our fitness community.
- Keeping the studio clean, organized, and ready for action.
- Attending team meetings, events, and development sessions—because we grow together.
What You Need:
- NCCA Accredited Fitness Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, AFAA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification (First Aid is a plus!)
- Strong understanding of functional training, HIIT, and heart rate-based workouts
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills—you can command a room and keep the energy high!
- The ability to physically demo exercises, move heavy weights (50 lbs), and stay actively engaged for the entire session.

- Have experience helping clients progress and reach their fitness goals.
