Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Coach to inspire, mentor, and empower members of our studio. Our coaches are vital to the experience of our members during our group fitness classes. Coaches must demonstrate passion for fitness, knowledge of functional movement patterns, and an outgoing personality.
Responsibilities
- Coaching classes with enthusiasm and motivation
- Assist with member retention by delivering an exceptional class experience
- Demonstrate and coach proper exercise techniques
- Ensure member safety and proper form
- Set up and clean up workout stations before/after class
