F45 Training Murrysville is looking for an energetic, passionate, and motivated Personal Trainer to join our coaching team. What You'll Do:
As an F45 Coach, you'll inspire, motivate, and safely guide members through our signature functional group training workouts. Responsibilities include:
- Lead high-energy group fitness classes with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively for members of all fitness levels.
- Provide hands-on coaching, exercise modifications, and constructive feedback to ensure proper technique and injury prevention.
- Ensure member safety by following proper exercise techniques, manual handling procedures, CPR/AED protocols, first aid procedures, and all health club safety standards.
- Create a positive, welcoming, and motivating training environment.
- Build relationships with members by communicating about their fitness goals, progress, and concerns.
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after classes.
- Promote additional fitness services, programs, and member engagement opportunities.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire).
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, and passion for fitness.
- Ability to motivate and connect with members of all ages and fitness levels.
- Ability to demonstrate exercises accurately and safely.
- Prior experience leading group fitness classes is preferred but not required.
